423 Day Festival will be held at Miller Park in downtown Chattanooga, located at the corner of Market Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard.
There is parking in the 800 block of Market Street alongside the plaza and plenty of parking close by for everyone. Free meter parking is offered downtown after 6pm for everyone.
Weapons of any kind
Illegal substances (including narcotics) or drug paraphernalia
Outside beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the event)
Glass containers
Smoking within the confines of Nightfall Event area
Fireworks and explosives
Unleashed and aggressive pets
Unauthorized or illegal vendors
Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways
